Tinjauan Faktor-Faktor Peralihan Moda Sepeda Motor Ke BRT Trans Jateng Pada Masyarakat Pekerja

Abstract

With the shift in the use of private vehicles, motorcycles, particularly workers, can switch to BRT public transport. The purpose is to analyse the characteristics of workers and the factors that influence the choice of modal shift from motorcycles to BRT. Collecting data is distributed questionnaires to 400 workers who use motorcycles. The questionnaire included socio-economic characteristics, travel characteristics and selection factors influencing mode switching. Determine the validity and reliability of the statements in the questionnaire. The analysis of worker characteristics using Chi-square with correlation and significance test evaluation, while descriptive analysis through the rating scale interpretation test to shift mode factors. The results obtained by gender and age affect the mode shift of workers from motorcycles to Trans Jateng BRT. Factors influencing mode shift are travel cost, travel time from home to BRT stops and travel time from stops to work.
