Profil Turnaround Time Parkir Mahasiswa Di Kawasan Kampus

Studies on turnaround time in campus areas are still limited in Indonesia. In understanding the characteristics of parking demand, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of turnaround time to support more efficient parking facility management. The purpose of this study is to describe the statistical distribution profile and to compare of turnaround time profiles based on variations in days, weeks, lecture schedules, and types of vehicles. The analysis uses secondary data from parking managers in the Parahyangan Catholic University campus area. The results of the analysis show a distribution pattern with positive skewness, both for cars and motorbikes. The 3-parameter gamma distribution was found to be suitable for cars and the 3-parameter lognormal distribution was suitable for motorbikes. Significant differences were seen between weekdays and weekends, as well as between lecture schedule blocks. Car users tend to park longer on weekdays, while motorbikes are longer on Sundays. Motorbike users have a longer average parking turnaround time than cars.
