Rancang Bangun Sistem Booking Online Berbasis Website (E-Jak)

Abstract

The use of the Jakarta-Booking eKIR application for registration of motor vehicle testing requires evaluation for improvement and improvement. The evaluation was conducted using the Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service (PIECES) methods to assess the application in a comprehensive manner. The solution offered to this problem is the design of an e-Jak website that provides reminders through the WhatsApp Gateway, time-based booking schedule restrictions, and accessibility for all electronic devices. In addition, the e-Jak website also offers a user-friendly interface and more efficient notification features. Testing the implementation of this website resulted in a SUS Score of 88.5, which indicates that this website is highly qualified and recommended to be implemented in the execution of the booking of periodic test of motor vehicles.
