Motor VehicleRTesting is aRseries ofTactivities to testeand/or inspect parts orAcomponents of Motor Vehicles, Coupled Trains, and Attached Trains in order to meet technical and suitability requirements. One of the tests carried out is periodic testing which aims to provide legal certainty, provide safety guarantees for motor vehicle users on the road, preserve the environment, and provide public services to the community. To conduct testing, the completeness and condition of the testing equipment will directly affect the periodic testing service because if one of the equipment is damaged, testing activities will be temporarily stopped until all equipment functions properly again, then data collection is carried out. The primary data collection method in this study uses interview techniques and data processing techniques using the Design Thinking method and then interpreted in the form of prototypes. Based on the results of the study, the prototype of the application as a test equipment maintenance management information system has been proven to be able to simplify and solve problems in the implementation of the vehicle periodic test equipment maintenance management information system.
