The number of accident-prone locations/black spots spread across the road network in Semarang City in 2020-2022 tends to increase with many accidents. This study aims to identify and assess the road feasibility at blackspot locations and provide suggestions for improvement. Qualitative descriptive methods describe the phenomena and forms of activity in the existing conditions of blackspot locations. The ranking for Blackspot locations uses the ASI (Accident Severity Index) method. The study results showed that 43.75% of blackspot locations can occur on roads with functional feasibility status. In comparison, 56.25% can occur on conditional functional feasibility roads with some road safety technical standards adjustments. There are two out of a total of 16 road sections indicated as blackspot locations with ASI values above the threshold of 32.7, namely the Semarang-Batang Toll Road and Jalan Urip Sumoharjo (Randugarut-Aneka Jaya Mangkang) respectively, namely 37 and 35.
