Hubungan Antara Kesesakan dengan Perilaku Agresif pada Karyawan Pengguna KCI Jabodetabek

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between crowding and aggressive in employees using KCI Jabodetabek. The purpose of this study is to empirically determine the relationship between crowding and aggressive in employees using KCI Jabodetabek. The Aggression Questionnaire by Buss and Perry (1992) and crowding by Zlutnick and Altman (1972) scales were used for data collection. The data analysis technique used was Pearson's product moment correlation using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows. The results showed that crowding has a positive correlation with aggressive, means that the higher the crowding, the higher the aggressive behavior in employees using KCI Jabodetabek with the correlation coefficient of 0.702 (p<0.01).
