Transportation infrastructure is a vital element in supporting a country's mobility and economy. According to Alfred Sitorus, Chairman of the Pedestrian Coalition (Kopeka), the Jakarta Provincial Government under Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama committed to building 2,600 kilometers of sidewalks (Kompas, Adryan Yoga Paramadwya, 2024). This study analyzes the factors influencing pedestrian interest around Jakarta Transit Hub areas, considering walking distance. Data collection was conducted using survey methods, gathering demographic data and pedestrian facility information. The collected data were then processed using Multiple Linear Regression models with R Studio Version 4. 4. 0. software. This study considers several factors: gender, age, travel time, total paid cost (one-way), travel origin, vehicle ownership, income, travel purpose, and pedestrian facilities. The findings aim to provide insights into key determinants of pedestrian interest, informing policy development and infrastructure improvements to enhance walkability around Jakarta Transit Hubs.
