Studi Penerapan Kebijakan Tarif Dinamis pada Jam Nonsibuk LRT Jabodebek (Kasus: Origin Stasiun Harjamukti)

Abstract

This study was conducted on LRT Jabodebek to assess the impact of dynamic pricing, such as off-peak discounts, on increasing ridership. According to the concentric theory, the case study area was conducted at the origin of Harjamukti Station, the residential area to the city centre. The data analysis method uses a binary logit model and logistic regression approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing revealed preference questions with a stated preference approach. The study found that offering time savings and discounted fares influenced public interest in using the LRT during off-peak hours. The potential increase in users during off-peak hours is at 70% for low-income groups and 60% for high-income, the most effective combination of time-saving offers and discount rates is at 10 minutes of time savings with a 50% discount rate for low-income groups and 10 minutes of time savings with a 30% discount rate for high-income.
