Abstract

Delays city trains such as the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) and LRT (Light Rail Transit) are often caused by a decrease the reliability of the signaling system, especially vital components such as electric signal drives. The decrease in the reliability of the wesel motor occurred due to heavy workloads, which affected its operational performance and efficiency. Therefore, proper monitoring and treatment is essential. This research aims to develop a prototype counting system to identify problems and monitor the working parameters of the money order motor. This system uses an Arduino Mega Atmega2560 as a microcontroller, along with components such as a pull down circuit, voltage reducing regulator, PZEM 004-t, DHT 22, IR Speed ​​Sensor, MLX 30914, MPU6050, and SD card. This tool is expected to be able to detect the reliability and operational efficiency of the railway system, as well as support the safety of rail transportation. With an average component reading error of between 0.39% to 1.48%, it suitable for monitoring variable measurement parameters of money order measurement parameters in determining component reliability.
